Weekly rate of 210 euros for 7 nights includes heating, water, electricity, high speed internet unlimited & digital tv.

Room at ground floor (2,5mx4m) consists of : two single beds, a wardrobe, bedlinen, bath towels, a desk and 2 chairs, flatscreen with digital television & high speed wireless internet.

Separate toilet and lavabo, microwave, cupboard with plates, fridge, waterboiler and Senseo coffee machine next to the room.

Bathroom (first floor) to be shared with the owner.

Laundry is at 5 minutes walk.

For guests who smoke a patio next to the room is available.
No pet allowed.
Only for short term maximum 3 months.

A key deposit of 50 euro will be asked as a a guarantee.
The rent has to be paid at arrival.
A deposit of 1/3 of the total amount for the period stay can be paid to make a reservation.
